My fiancee and I have been together for 6 years and have been living together this entire time. We have all of our necessities, and we don't need any gifts for our wedding. We would prefer money for our honeymoon. How could we convey that to our guests in a polite manner?

You can set up a honeymoon registry. There are several sites out there where your guests can purchase things that are related to your honeymoon.
